They explained what they had to offer in terms that were easy to understand and did not try to sell me something I did not need. By far the best part is, they sold me a like product for far less than what I had paid at the other retailer. First class business.

Well, I got in touch with them and the Owners themselves met me there before they opened so that my baby could do her performance with her contacts, not her glasses. Yall that is customer service, that is customer care, and a relationship with your customers goes a long way.   I really enjoy the entire process. The eye exam is extremely through and Dr Plauche is very easy to talk to. She lets me know what she is doing and... read more why. I have never really liked picking out my glasses but now it is different. Tracy is very honest, when I try different frames on if she doesn't think they look good she will let me know and I trust her. Nikki is fantastic at making sure I get exactly what I need and if I am asking for something she feels I do not need she will let me know. I always leave knowing I have gotten the best price and feel good about the entire process.
