The staff was beyond... read more helpful, bringing out numerous frames to help me make a decision, and never once became impatient. It was such a wonderful experience that I brought my husband back today to order glasses and they were just as great. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of glasses. #shopcentralfirst.

Tracy is very honest, when I try different frames on if she doesn't think they look good she will let me know and I trust her. Nikki is fantastic at making sure I get exactly what I need and if I am asking for something she feels I do not need she will let me know. I always leave knowing I have gotten the best price and feel good about the entire process.

  I won a contest with them for a free pair of glasses from their own line (frames and lenses) I went with hopes of getting a pair of sunglasses since... read more my lenses and frames were fairly new and from them already and I’ve never owned prescription sunglasses! They were 100% on board with this so we picked a frame and ordered. When I went to pick them up I was so mad at myself bc I realized I forgot to get the mirror tint added on them!! I loved them but just knew I would love them even more with the tint. Well they had a little issue when cutting the lenses, so they wanted to re order a new lens bc it just didn’t look “perfect” for them and since we were ordering a new set we could add the mirror tint!! I’m in love with my new sunglasses and could not be more pleased with the customer service!!

But let me tell you guys just how awesome they really are, Friday I showed up at 4pm to grab my daughter's contacts for her competition in the morning, but they closed at 2pm, I had totally forgot. Well, I got in touch with them and the Owners themselves met me there before they opened so that my baby could do her performance with her contacts, not her glasses. Yall that is customer service, that is customer care, and a relationship with your customers goes a long way. We landed in a pair and we sat down and tracy asked me what I wanted for my lenses. We chatted at length about what would be best for me.
